Shipping,  Delivery & Exchange Policy:

Shipping & Delivery: There is a flat shipping and handling fee of $20. If shipping two or more items fee will be $25. We ship UPS ground and signature is not required. Each package is tracked and insured by UPS. International Shipping is a flat fee of $25 via UPS.

Exchange & Refund Policy: ÉCLAT and the quality of the pieces we create are at the forefront of our concern. We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange an item. We will gladly exchange a piece that has not been worn, washed, or altered from our current collection within 14 days of your purchase. Sale items, bridal, and custom pieces are all FINAL SALE.  A percentage refund can be discussed minus commissioned work done. No exceptions.

Refunds Policy On BESPOKE/“Made-To-Measure” Apparel Design: No refunds on BESPOKE/Made-to-measure custom ordered ordered products due to “Production Delays”. Possible Delays may be necessary in accord to the details of the commission. However, every possible effort will be made to deliver product on an acceptable date for the client’s needs. In other words, Once a made-to-measure custom design commission has been approved, cut pattern from stock fabric and placed in production. No refunds will be given. If there are production delays client will be notified and kept abreast and informed of the new production schedule time table to completion. This policy applies to Atelier, Tailored and Alteration services strictly.

Please include the following information with your item(s): name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address (or this information for the person who placed the order, if it was a gift), receipt and the date of purchase. Any shipping cost you incur to return the merchandise to us will not be refunded. 

Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange (less our original shipping cost) as you instruct, provided the merchandise is in new and original condition with the tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to not accept an item based on these conditions.

Items must be returned to the location they were purchased from.
An exchange will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged. Please e-mail us at eclatlrison@gmail.com to make sure that the merchandise you desire is still available.
