DOES ÉCLAT TAKE PHONE ORDERS?
We are happy to work with out of town clients and would love to take your order over the phone. Once an order is placed and shipped.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery.


DO YOU OFFER MONOGRAMMING?
We also offer monogramming for an additional $25.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY CUSTOM ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
On average, custom orders take 4-6 weeks. This can vary depending on the availability of fabric and time of year. We find that you cannot get started too soon.


DO YOUR GARMENTS FIT TRUE TO SIZE?
Yes, our garments fit true to size and we offer sizes 2 through 16 in our collection pieces. We are happy to custom make a piece for you if another size is needed.


DOES ÉCLAT OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we will be happy to assist you with a gift certificate. They can be purchased over the phone or in our flagship location for any dollar amount.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed for an in stock or custom piece, we are unable to cancel the order.
