1. Can I shop online?

2. Why can’t I find details of pricing on the website? ²

  • ÉCLAT Bridal does not detail dress prices. ²

  • Your authorized retailer will be happy to discuss prices following your store visit. Please note, authorized dealers are not permitted to give pricing details by phone, fax or email.

3. What is a trunk show? ²

  • A trunk show is when a designer sends new collections to a retail store for the weekend. This is a great opportunity to view and try on gowns that aren’t usually carried.

4. Can I make alterations to the size of my dress and the fabric I choose? ²

  • Yes. Please contact an authorized retailer to discuss any alterations that you wish to make to your dress.

5. How can I be sure I choose the right size? ²

  • Note that wedding dresses are made using different size charts to ready-to-wear clothing. An authorized retailer will be happy to assist you to with sizing following your purchase.

6. Do you make petite or plus sizes? ²

  • Yes. ÉCLAT Bridal makes gowns for all shapes and sizes. ²

  • Contact an authorized retailer for more information on having your dress custom-made to your measurements.

7. How soon should I order my gown? ²

  • A Great Bridal Gown take at least 4-6 months.

8. What should I do if my favorite style is discontinued? ²

  • We try our best not to discontinue gowns but if materials or fabric become unavailable it is sometimes unavoidable. ²

  • Purchasing as soon as your choice is made avoids disappointment.

9. How can I become an authorized retailer? ²

  • ÉCLAT Bridal’s authorized retailers are selected from the most well-known bridal salons in the world. If you are interested in being part of our network, we can be reached through the Contact Us section of this website.

10. Can I receive a catalogue? ²

  • Yes, Send us a request. ²

  • You can also view collections online.

11. Can I cancel my order or return my gown? ²

  • Please refer to our return and exchange policies.

12. How can I get a picture of my gown? ²

  • Our gowns are featured in many bridal magazines and on our website. ²

  • Gowns featured on our website can be printed directly from the page being viewed. We only photograph the original color sample. Regrettably, we do not have pictures of every color offered.

13. Can I buy directly from ÉCLAT Bridal? ²

  • Yes.

14. Can I be put on your mailing list? ²

  • We do not currently have a mailing list.

15. Can you provide me with shipping information on my gown? ²

  • Once shipped, yes we can provide this information. Please contact our Customer Service if you need to track your order.
